In this intensive, we will learn all the basic techniques that begin the art of shibari. We will explore the dominance and submission roles of the partnership. How to hold the rope and the partner tightly in your hands.<\/p>

If we are talking about self-bonding , we will study our body and give it new sensations.\u00a0Let’s get acquainted with the care and pleasant pain through the rope)<\/p>

After this intensive, you will be able to interact confidently in shibari!<\/p>

Safety Theory:<\/b>
Anatomical features where you can’t tie, on what you need to pay attention to the body of a partner, examine possible injuries how to prevent and how to help if the injury (first aid)<\/p>

Technique:<\/b>
Single & double column tie – basics of binding of the hands and feet, techniques from where it all begins, which is a continuation shibari;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Tension lvl & control of the rope – different levels of rope tension and control in your hands;<\/p>

Correct movement of the ropes \u201cSwing of the katana\u201d – motion control of the rope, its interception, direction, practice movement \u201cswing of the katana\u201d, the right and beautiful movements of the hands;
ryou ashi gattai ichimonji shibari – several variations of tying the legs together;<\/p>

agura or zazen shibari <\/b>– tying the legs in the Turkish position, the practice of stretching, proper movement of the hands and the feeling of the body in it (also suitable for #selfbondage)<\/p>

ippon nawa & newaza<\/b> – the technique of “dating” binding with one rope, moving the partner to different positions, learning to improvise and create different forms and structures of binding on the floor;<\/p>

tekate kote \/ gote shibari<\/b> – traditional basic binding of the hands from behind the back, useful for work on the floor.
ebi shibari – combination of agura & tekate kote (TK) techniques, tie body position legs to chest;<\/p>

kazari nawa<\/b> – using the “macrame” technique in shibari, knots, patterns, learn how to finish the rest of the rope beautifully and efficiently;<\/p>

koutou ushiro te shibari – tying the hands behind the head, the traditional “slave \/ captive” hand position\u201d;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Psychology:<\/b>
Preparing both partners (rigger and model) for a dialogue, discussing taboos, all the Pros and Cons, discussing each other’s boundaries;<\/p>

working with trust, how not to lose it and vice versa to strengthen it;
how not to harm or cause psychological trauma;
if a trigger injury has opened in a partner during session, how to react;
how to properly start and end a shibari session (consider different options);
working with intent\/desire (yours and your partner’s);<\/p>

Philosophy:<\/b>
Learning associative-imaginative thinking in shibari, we will create a beautiful description of each of your actions (process and result);<\/p>

Soul Shibari style – author’s technique<\/b>
4 elements of binding “air\u201d,” earth\u201d, “water”, “fire\u201d, as the basis of sensory binding, which gives the answers” why\u201d and ” for what\u201d we tie. It is about spiritual and tantric ways of connections through the ropes.
